JAPS has a full range of Eccentric and Hydraulic press break presses that are used for precision bending of plates in various thicknesses and materials to meet client’s specifications and requirements. 

Our plate bending service can accommodate plates with a thickness of 0.4mm (minimum) up to 12mm (maximum) 

Plate Rolling

Using 3 Roll plate rolling machines Japs Engineering supplies precision rolling services of a wide range of applications including cylinders, rings, cones or radius shapes in a variety of materials and thicknesses. Our facilities and experienced operators insure precision and quality products to fit specifications. 

Our plate rolling services can accommodate plates with a thickness of 0.4mm (minimum) up to 6mm (maximum) 

Plate Cutting

Quality cutting facilities and experienced operators enables JAPS to deliver precision cutting services. Using guillotines and plasma cutters we cut Plates of various thicknesses to clients’ requirements and specifications. 

Our plate cutting facilities can accommodate sizes between 0.4mm (minimum), up to 3mm (maximum) 

Plate Pressing

Our press facilities and experienced operators, ensure the accuracy and quality of components to the specifications required by our clients. With a full range of press tool manufacturing capabilities JAPS can tend to all our customers’ pressing needs, including plate forming. 

Our pressing capabilities are 50 Ton, 100 Ton, 150 Ton and 300 Ton 

Coils

Our Coil making services can accommodate different material types with a minimum size of 6mm, up to the maximum of 63.5mm.

Spirals

Our Spiral making services can accommodate different material types with a minimum size of 6mm, up to the maximum of 76mm.

Square Bar & Tube Rolling

Our Square Bar and Tube Rolling services are available in: 

• Square Bar (Min 6x6mm, Max 50x50mm)
• Square Tube (Min 6x6mm, Max 101x101mm) 

Rectangular Tube Rolling

Our Rectangular Tube Rolling services can accommodate a minimum size of 6mm x 8mm up to the maximum of 101mm x 127mm. 

Angle Iron Rolling

Our Angel Iron Rolling services can accommodate a minimum size of 12mm x 12mm up to the maximum of 100mm x 100mm. 

Round Bar & Tube Rolling

Our Round Bar and Tube Rolling services are available in: 

• Round Bar (Min 6mm, Max 90mm)
• Round Tube (Min 6mm, Max 101mm) 

Flat Bar Rolling

Our Flat Bar Rolling services can accommodate a minimum size of 3mm x 25mm up to the maximum of 12mm x 100mm.
